BARN RISING...

...well, not quite a barn!
For a long time we have been squished in our garage, and our back patio has been a storage unit... thanks to Spencer's hobbies :)  So we thought well it's time to get a shed/carport!  Spencer's sister Liz is a distributor for a company (the same one that we got our vinyl fence from) so we got a pretty awesome deal and couldn't resist!  I have been just waiting and waiting for this to come...it was on backorder for 6-8 weeks but the wait was worth it!  Spencer knew how excited I was and anxious to see it, so he was nice to send me text pictures of it going up.  It's HUGE!  And perfect for what we need it for.  We can store our rhino, 4-wheeler, snowplow, Cody's 4-wheeler, riding lawnmower/weed-eater, stack firewood, park Spencer's truck & bronco and so much more!  Spencer is going to hang shelving and hooks in the shed part so we can keep all our outside festive décor out there too (like Christmas lights)!

This Fall we will move our propane tank directly straight to the west on our property line so there is more clearance to drive our camp-trailer and flat trailer to park behind the shed, build up where it slopes a bit, then plant lilac bushes for a privacy hedge.  Spencer  told me he is going to hang a huge Texas star at the peak to match the one above our garage...he is so cute that way!  Can't wait to see it in person!  I want some whisky barrels and plant flowers in them for each side of the carport!
YAY FOR MORE SPACE and more privacy in our backyard...LOVE IT!
